We offer a unique holiday experience where you can join with like minded people who are looking to have a great time and shed those excess pounds too! During your stay you will be hosted by Tony & Jos, who will provide you with a healthy balanced diet each day and organise a range of fun, sporting activities to help take you mind off your weight loss programme! Activites include Clay Pigeon shooting, .22 Rifle shooting, Canoeing, Boules, Skittles, Tennis, Badminton, Table Tennis (indoor and out), six acre practice/target Golf area, private fishing, not to mention an after dinner quiz and a few surprises too!Don't be concerned about your sporting prowess, although we do get the occasional Sue Barker lookalike on the Tennis Court, Ronnie Barker is more usual! Our unique figure of 8 swimming pool provides an ideal place to cool off or work off those extra calories, however you may prefer to relax in the Jacuzzi with a glass of cold wine (yes - you are allowed the occasional one). All food and drinks are included in the price of £295 per person per week + £65.00 for a months supply of diet supplements ,as is the help and advise on managing your weight loss programme by Sharon, who will be your Coach. |  | St Julien is situated 15 minutes from Bergerac Airport, where flights are available from Birmingham, Bristol, Stansted and Southamton. The pretty little market towns of Eymet and Issigeac have traditional french markets on Thursdays and Sundays respectively.Excellent shopping can be found in Bergerac, whilst places of historical beauty, such as Beynac, Dome and Salat are due East of us, along the Dordogne river.Heading West you come to the wine producing region of Bordeaux, again providing great shopping, and the world reknowned vineyards of St Emillion. To the North is the idyllically situated town of Brantome and most weeks, weather permitting, we canoe down the beautiful Dordogne river, picnicing at the picturesque village of Roque Gageac, where the little houses there are built into the rock. All in all this area is an ideal base for exploring the Dordogne region, with an abundance of interesting places to see.
